Excelent food at really good price. It’s usually busy, so you can get in line introducing your details in one of the computers at the entry - most likely you can do this online in advance. While waiting, you need to order in the second machine/computer before entering. Make sure to use translator and as the language barrier might be confusing. But all the staff where super helpful Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

2025-10-26 마코토 ️ 부산광역시 부산진구 전포동 ️ 니보시 농후 츠케멘 ️ 생맥주 ️ 수제 야끼교자 ️ 특선 모둠 차슈 얼마 전 점심때 찾았다가 웨이팅이 너무 길어 포기했던 츠케멘집. 가려던 라멘집들이 전부 웨이팅이라, '오픈 시간에 맞춰 가면 괜찮지 않을까?' 하는 생각으로 서둘러 가보았다. 오픈런 성공! 아무도 없었다! 성공 기념으로 츠케멘에 모둠 차슈, 교자, 생맥주까지 풀세트로 주문했다. 니보시(멸치 육수)의 진함은 살짝 부족했지만, 차슈와 면의 퀄리티는 상당히 괜찮았다. 처음엔 '오늘은 왜 이렇게 손님이 없지?' 싶었는데, 먹는 동안 사람이 점점 늘어나더니 나갈 때쯤에는 지난번과 똑같이 긴 줄이 생겨 있었다. 비록 원래 먹으려던 곳은 아니었지만, 길게 늘어선 웨이팅을 보니 오픈런하길 정말 잘했다 싶다. ㅋㅋ
