I’ve been a regular customer at Malbriz for quite some time, but unfortunately my recent experiences haven’t been up to the mark. The new staff doesn’t seem to know how to prepare my usual sandwich properly, which is quite disappointing considering I visit often. On top of that, the portion size has noticeably decreased. The amount of shawarma being added is very minimal, and it really doesn’t justify the price of 12 SAR. I don’t mind paying for quality, but consistency and value are important—especially for loyal customers. I hope the management looks into this and ensures better training for staff and maintains proper portion standards going forward. I had a great experience at Malbriz Broast Shop. Mr. Shahid provides excellent customer service—he is courteous, helpful, and ensures customers feel comfortable. The food quality is top-notch: crispy broast, fresh ingredients, and amazing taste every time. I truly appreciate the consistency and care. Keep up the great work! Malbriz Arab Broasted offers decent food, but the shawarma quantity is very low — mostly filled with salads and potatoes. The burger prices start from 12 SAR, which feels expensive for what you get. Even the large shawarma, also 12 SAR, isn’t really worth it. Taste is average overall, not a must-try place. Price per person: SAR 20–40
