It’s hurtful that my staff came in on thanksgiving and worked 14 hours to serve you on your holiday and you take the time on that day to write a negative review. The pollo Mallorca is one of the most popular dishes in the house. It is chicken stuffed with manchego cheese and spinach topped with piquillo pepper sauce. There is nothing boring about it. Our espresso martini is made with fresh espresso and is is no way a Dunkin’ Donuts drink. My staff works very hard. They are gracious and dedicated. If you were unhappy you could have without a doubt expressed your displeasure and we would have been more than happy to make it right. It is our goal for everyone to enjoy their time with us. Instead on a holiday where they all gave up their family time to serve you and your family the thank you they get is a negative review. I am trying to be understanding but there is no way to express anything but sadness. Sadness for your displeasure at our wonderful efforts and sadness that you didn’t talk to us about it and let us make it better. More

It is so hard for us to give up our holiday and work 14 hours straight so we can serve others only to find that you were not happy. Our chef is amazing and has been putting out excellent cuisine for 28 years. Perhaps it was an off day at your table and I am sorry if you felt you were not cared for properly. We served over 350 people with two waiters two Bussers and one food runner. I know is that doesn’t mean anything to someone not in food service but that is about a quarter off he staff of most restaurants. Unfortunately finding people who are willing to give up their holidays is not easy so I feel sad that those who did were unable to meet our high standard for service at your table.
