Service was practically nonexistent. The restaurant was empty, yet waiters kept walking by without anyone taking orders or checking on tables — you had to actively flag someone down. When we finally got someone's attention, he couldn't take our order because he didn't know how to use the computer system. The same thing happened with dessert: we were left sitting with our dirty plates for ages, and my husband had to walk around the restaurant to find someone to order from. The waiter he found also didn't know how to use the system and had to go find help. Twenty minutes later, we're still waiting for a tiramisu. Now we're stuck waiting again because there's no one at the restaurant orbthe cashier to pay. It's a shame, because the staff seem genuinely nice — they just seem to lack training or experience. Deco is nice! Food was good.. Edit : and today our second day, it s 5.40 pm we wanted to have a drink, went to the restaurant, got denied because rooftop open in 20 minutes. I mean reception told us to go there .. make no sense! We need to go somewhere else to get a drink! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch

Had a really nice meal with my mama at Mama Restaurant Roma today :) The food was delicious and kudos to Samuele and Aurora for the great service! I’m a pasta carbonara enthusiast and I must say, that was a really good one. Definitely recommended! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
