Mama Rosa Kitchen is such a hidden gem! The food tasted fresh and homemade, just like a real family recipe. The flavors were rich and comforting, and the portions were generous. The staff was warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I flew in from Florida to Katy, Texas for the Houston 1000 food truck event, and Mama Rosa’s was NON-NEGOTIABLE. I’ve eaten here three times, and honestly, if I had time for a fourth round, I would’ve been right back in line. This food is ridiculous — bold flavors, perfectly seasoned, fresh, and cooked with straight-up passion. Every bite hits. Nothing is basic, nothing is overdone, just comfort food elevated the right way. You can taste the love, the culture, and the consistency in every dish. And let’s talk service — warm, welcoming, fast, and genuinely kind. The kind of place that makes you feel like family the moment you order. The energy, the vibes, the pride they take in their food — it all shows. Mama Rosa’s isn’t just a food truck, it’s a destination. If you’re anywhere near Katy or Houston and you don’t stop here, you’re doing it wrong. Worth traveling for. Worth the wait. Worth every bite. The hamburger is great. The menu has a lot of options that are typical Venezuelan street food. The service was on point. Very friendly and fast. I ordered right by the time they were closing and they were happy to take my order.
