Turns out that Mama Rosa Grill caters! I spoke with the owner and he was very communicative regarding details, we went over the options and agreed to a menu for about 80 people. They were also accommodative given that we were an hour away. Two people came in and set up everything on three long tables (they didn't supply the tables, the venue had them). We ordered pancit and three meat dishes, and they were all very good along with the rice. I personally missed having pork adobo, and that was awesome. There were two types of desserts, and the biko was another one that I hadn't had in a while. I would've also liked flan but it wouldn't make the trip well, so we went with another one that was a green gelatin with a texture that some folks were not used to. But all told, excellent reviews by everyone in attendance and no doubt something I would absolutely recommend if you want to host an outing with Filipino food. Now looking forward to visiting the restaurant and having that flan for dessert.......
