I frequent breakfast nooks throughout St Louis, Dallas and many of states in travel... This is my first visit at Mama's Breakfast table where I was served a phenomenally impressive Chicken and Waffles dish to perfection. I will be returning with my family and friends. One may question, for such a simple dish, what could go wrong? For my personal experiences and maybe personal standards, I've had my fair share of encountering an issue with at least one item on a plate. Not this time. The Chicken was cooked to perfection. Moist on the inside and crispy, outside. Medium well eggs were perfectly cooked! Waffle was airy, soft and crisp in the right places. Not overcooked and quite enjoyable. Lastly, the hash browns were crispy and super flavorful. Honestly this was a refreshing experience and restored my hope of finding a place where breakfast items are cooked with love. Portion and price made it even better. Keep up the good work! Compliments to the cooks, staff and team! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
