Went there at 12:10 and had to wait a whole hour for service and food at lunchtime. When we asked, they just said to us that we said it would take 40 minutes. No, the waitress doesn't. We even had to wait too long for payment. Never again. Food: 2 Service: 1

Unfortunately I have to write a bad review today. The last available seat was a table for four. Since I was alone, I wasn't allowed to occupy it and was asked to sit outside when it was below 10 degrees. Not good service in my opinion. Service: 1

We called and asked if the café was open today, they said they were open until 6 p.m. We got there a little early because we thought the café was already open. A lady told us they didn't open until 10 a.m so we still waited. When we went in again at 10 a.m., we were told that without a reservation there would be no chance. We think it's a shame that they didn't tell us beforehand and instead drove us there and then made us wait... very annoying for us because we were passing through and took a detour for free and waited. We would have thought it would have been nice if they had already said on the phone that there was no space available today anyway or at the latest when it was clear that we were still waiting.
