I work across the street at the hospital. I came over and parked in the lot so that I could look at the menu on my phone and decide if I wanted to call in my order to go or go in. A man came out and was extremely rude, essentially kicking me out of the lot. he said it was very busy (restaurant is empty and there are 7 open spots directly next to me) I told him I was just checking the menu and deciding and he essentially told me that I was lying ?. I’ve never experienced such a rude employee. What terrible customer service. I understand people sometimes park there but I literally was in the spot for TWO whole minutes and had just pulled up the menu, I even turned my phone to show him. He seemed very unhappy and rude. I won’t ever go there after this. I went to mcdonalds instead.

I have always loved Mamasans’s - Vietnamese Noodle Salad, fresh shrimp spring rolls are my go to’s - and the bean cake is mwah!
But what I love even more now they are right up the street from work And home - even if I wasn’t working remotely????!! A nice addition to upper Mt Hope landscape!!

I hate to do this. I've loved Mamasan's for the past year. Everyone there was nice and the food was amazing. But tonight I got a roach in my food. Can't bring myself to ever go back
