Beautiful brewery! The food is good, the dishes are plentiful and the service is fast and good. Be careful on Saturday lunchtime reservation essential because it quickly fills up! My recent visit to Maméta Bistro in Mont-de-Marsan was very disappointing. For a dish of squid at 19 euros, I expected much higher quality. Unfortunately, the squids, supposed to be cooked a la plancha, were neither grilled nor seasoned. The dish lacked flavor and to top it all off, I discovered a piece of plastic while chewing. Even the fries that came with the dish were bland, with no salt or pepper. Faced with these inconveniences, I couldn't touch my plate. Considering the price, this is very unfortunate.
