I can't believe that I am actually writing this. I have been to this restaurant many times before, but on this lunchtime meal on NYE, the restaurant was understaffed and there were no chefs, so instead of notifying the customers that the chefs were not available and cancel the bookings. The waiters actually made the food as a result. We waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for mains and an hour and a half for starters, bear in mind there were only 2 tables of customers. Was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
