Ordered the carne asada burrito with fries expecting something solid based on the photos. There was supposed to be a “secret sauce,” but there was no sauce at all — that’s why there was no secret about it. Instead, it had a ton of avocado. The steak itself was completely bland with zero seasoning or flavor, and the pieces were huge chunks instead of the smaller, tender cuts you usually get. Way more fries than actual meat inside. Looked convincing at first but definitely not worth the price. Won’t be doing business here again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, Josh. Our carne asada burrito with fries should always deliver on flavor, and it's disappointing to hear that it fell short this time. We appreciate your feedback on the lack of secret sauce and the excess of avocado. Your insights on the blandness of the steak and portion size are valuable to us. We strive to improve, and your feedback will help us do so. Please reach out to us at 888-416-7964 or support@manvsfries.com so we can make this right.

I was really disappointed with my order from Man vs Fries. The food tasted strange and was extremely greasy. The tortilla on the burrito tasted burnt, and the potatoes inside had a weird oil flavor that made the whole thing hard to eat. The “secret sauce” had no flavor at all. Overall, the meal just didn’t taste right and was totally disappointing. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1

We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with your order, Eletta. It's disheartening to learn that the food did not meet your expectations, especially with the burnt tortilla and strange oil flavor in the potatoes. Rest assured, we value your feedback and will address these concerns to ensure a better dining experience in the future.
