We met Manabu, the owner of Manatee, at a bar across the street and he was SO friendly. We are celebrating our honeymoon and he bought us a round of beers. So, we came to visit his restaurant and bar! It is impeccable. 10/10 highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
