Went in today with some co workers for ice cream. One of my co workers got a large waffle cone and while waiting on me and my other co worker to pay he took 2 licks of his ice cream and the cone broke and fell in the floor. I made the gentleman aware that was working and he did not even say a word and did not even offer to make him another cone! Service: Take out Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered the Ferraro richer ice cream which is suppose to be vanilla ice cream and the chocolate pieces on it. I received the item got home and it was chocolate ice cream and literally the wrapper and chocolate in the ice cream. Very disappointed 00/10 reccomend Food: 1 Service: 1

I enjoyed my first visit to M&R Ice Cream last night. The employees, Tatie and Kearah, were kind and welcoming. They took the time to acknowledge each customer coming in and out the store. They were helpful and answered all my questions. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. I got a scoop of Cappuccino Crunch and the Mint Moose tracks. I'll be back to try the other ice cream flavors and for the great customer service that was provided. Thanks again.
