RIP Mandarin Restaurant, I have many fond memories of basically growing up within your outdated walls bursting with kitschy Chinese decor, eating dumpling skins from the buffet, breathing in the smoke of patrons at the bar as I did homework in the booths, and often became so bored out of my mind I would go to the bathroom and count the tiles. It was a fun trip down memory lane to flip through photos 20 years later to see literally nothing had changed down to the carpet and seat upholstery, which may point to the fact that a renovation, if not a closure, had been long overdue. We will all dearly miss you.

What a fraud I paid for beef and broccoli and got pork. The owner continued to lie. I split the meat open and it was white and pink. Beef is never white on red pink or brown. He thought he could take advantage of me because it was delivery. I paid $21 for pork and as a Muslim I haven't eaten pork in 5 years. So I know pork when I taste it as chicken pork and beef have very different flavors. The owner is a fraud and makes you pay for rice that should come with the meal. I took pictures and went down to Lilac Blossom and got beef and broccoli with the white rice that it comes with. The owner thought I would be scared when he threatened to call the police lol. Call them so the police department knows not to eat there. The food was oily and bland. Worse Chinese food ever. The bad reviews are true and the good ones are from people who are drinking at the bar. It deserves 0 stars seriously.
