Delicious Chinese food and very reasonably priced. Portions are more than generous! My favorite Chinese place in town. Friendly staff. Sadly closing end of month(April), it will be very missed!! But she will be following her dreams and enjoying life upon closing the doors. Happy for them, but will be much missed in our little town. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I have only ate food from the Mandarin less than five times in the last seven years. I actually kind of forgot about it, as I rarely see any advertisement for this establishment. The location is spot on. It’s located across from a market/gas station, and next to a building with a clinic and job center. It’s most definitely easy to find. I was able to access and park in the back side of the building which was nice. On cold and windy days it’s miserable walking down Main Street to enter through the front door. The staff was incredibly friendly. Very polite. I was a little shocked as I believe I was told a different price on the phone and when I arrived it was ten dollars more than what I was originally told. The portion sizes of everything were decent, however I was disappointed with the portion size of the General Tso was very disappointing compared to other establishments I’ve been to within the same county & state. However, even though the portion size was disappointing the taste and flavor were amazing! It was not super sweet, but more so tangy with a little kick. Was delicious. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
