I usually go to mandarin since that's the closet halal Chinese around here. Since the renovations the food quality has gone down. The first time I found a cricket in my food but I still decided to give them another chance today. This time I'm not sure what was placed in our food but it had pieces of newspaper in our food. When I asked her what it was she said it was a part of the egg until I told her the eggs shouldn't come with writing in it. Well that being said next time just check what you are eating so you don't find extra ingredients in it.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Mandarin Restaurant in springfield. After making a lot of phone calls here and there, I called Lynette at Mandarin and the way she spoke with me and took care of my needs is beyond exceptional. The food was ready to be picked up right on time, hot and fresh! And the quantity was more than enough (literally) as I was tense that food might not be enough, she assured me that I will have enough to serve everyone. She answered all my calls and replied to all my concerns. This is the quality of customer service that everyone should adhere too! Mandarin sets the bar high! Thank you and keep up the good work! Try them, their service. You won’t regret it!
