They have the best cinnamon roll topped with cream cheese icing and caramel pecan roll. Everything is fantastic. I have been buying treats there for 30 years and have never been disappointed. Best bakery ever Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went to get donuts at the East location, which I had never been to before. I didn’t see that the number dispenser was by the door. It’s not very noticeable. The Menasha location has it on the counter so it’s obviously very noticeable. I was waiting by the counter when a bunch of people started coming in. A lady asked me if I was next and what my number was to which I responded oh I don’t have one, I’m not sure where the dispenser is. Then the guy at the counter shouts that’s why we have numbers.. Um okay thanks but instead of being rube just tell me where the numbers are. Better yet, either put it in a place that it’s easily seen or put out a sign on the counter that says grab a number by the door. Not that hard of a request. Customer service has never been their strong suit. It’s quite annoying. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had the pleasure of being served by Hailey this morning. All ladies working the counter were welcoming and greeted me. I was not sure what to order for my Wife, had asked me her favorite flavors and was able to create a small bag with a variety of cookies for her to try out. Wife loved it. My donut was scrumptious. I will be coming here again. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
