A few weeks ago we had Mandito’s cater our daughter’s graduation party. The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered fajitas and sides for over 100 people and there wasn’t an ounce of food leftover! Not only was the food amazing, but the presentation was fantastic. They provide the trays, food warmers and serving utensils. Alex was so great to work with and he made the entire process easy. He actually delivered the food himself and set everything up! Mandito’s is a great establishment and their catering services are top notch! Do not hesitate to use them for an event! Mandito's was a mixed bag, the chips and salsa you get when you sit down were awesome, some of the best chips I've had. Then I got the Mandito's Trio appetizer, there wasn't enough Chicharonnes but the were delicious, the Queso was extremely runny and lacked flavor, the salsa that came with the trio was not good at all, and the Guacamole was delicious. Then I got their Super Grande Burrito that was described as "Texas Sized" and when it came out it was barely bigger than a 5 layer burrito from Taco bell, but it tasted good. Like I said a mixed bag. If I lived in the area maybe I'd go back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Really not great food. Queso seemed microwaved. Guacamole seemed out of a bag. Rice was really very bland and also seemed out of a bag. Breakfast potatoes seemed out of a bag. I don’t think anything we were served was freshly cooked except for the eggs in the breakfast tacos. If I were to offer a compliment, our server was friendly and attentive; and atmosphere is clean.
