Nestled in the heart of Adelaide, Mandoo is a cozy Korean establishment that specializes in handmade dumplings. The ambiance is casual and unassuming, with limited seating available on a first come, first serve basis. Although the interior design could use a bit of sprucing up, the warm and friendly staff more than make up for it. Prices are reasonable, making it an excellent spot for a quick lunch or dinner.
The standout dish at this eatery is undoubtedly the pork fried dumplings, which are crispy and flavorful. Other must-tries include the steamed veggie dumplings and the bibimbap, which comes with fresh vegetables and a special sauce. For those looking for a refreshing beverage to accompany their meal, the establishment offers a variety of soft drinks and wines.
Despite its small size, Mandoo has become a favorite among locals and tourists alike. Its central location and delicious food make it a great choice for any occasion. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, this fine dining spot is sure to hit the spot.

I like food here, but always feel uncomfortable because of attitude of the owners here. Both(?) of the owners are always yelling at their staffs, showing they are extremely annoyed even the staff's mistake was minor thing. Although everyone in the restaurant seeing the owner, he kept yelling at the staff. I visited there several times for different reasons, but I don't know I can recommend this vibe to others. We are visiting Adelaide and went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend who lives here. We were so impressed by the quality of the food this couple serves. Their dumplings reminded me of the ones I grew up eating at home or at my relatives’ homes in Korea. The delicacy, honesty, and care they put into their ingredients truly shine through in their mandoos (dumplings). The stock in the mandoo soup also tasted so authentic. I could tell that this couple runs their business with the dedication and craftsmanship of true artisans. It is very fortunate to be able to experience this kind of food at the reasonable price. We will definitely miss their food when we go back to Melbourne. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
