While chewing on some lettuce, I found a piece of blue plastic. Not sure where it’s from, but it was not part of my order. Based on some of the other negative reviews here, it seems they have trouble avoiding the inclusion of foreign objects in their salads. There are a few reviews about hairs, so they really oughta come up with some type of protocol to avoid that.
