Speaking of udon in Masuda, it's Man'ei Udon. Speaking of Manei, we think of their special udon noodles. I don't like raw eggs, so I sear them. There are a wide variety of toppings available, and we recommend the toppings and kimchi. Rice balls and inari sushi are delicious when eaten with udon. Delivery is also available, so if you live in the city, you can enjoy delicious Man'ei udon at your home or office. The noodles are made in-house and then boiled to order. The thick noodles mix well with the udon soup and are very delicious!
