This restaurant is very popular and is always filled with customers. The chicken oil is a stand out. Pork barbecue and inasal (grilled chicken) are delicious. Lumpia Shanghai is a typical side dish! The dishes with unlimited rice will satisfy ones appetite and hunger. Halo-halo is very flavorful and is filling. Parking is aplenty. Comfort room needs improvement: proper cleaning should be promptly and regularly done as it ranks!

We were in line for too long then another cashier opened, we stayed in line since that we were already next.. then when it was our turn, cashier refused to cater us saying that it was already cut off and we should transfer to the other line. First, we were not informed that the we should go to the other line and since that she was about to cut off. Second, she could have refused in a polite way or stay since that she even failed to do the simple task of informing everyone that was on her lane to transfer. There is another proper way to handle these kind of situations. We talked to the manager to inform him of this misbehaviour and he just smiled and said sorry, it would have been better if a little bit of genuine sympathy or empathy will be felt by customers who are frustrated.
