This is not the first time we have come to the Mangal cafe. I really like the way the meat is prepared here, beautiful presentation, delicious salads and cuts. Provided that each member of the company ordered a hot dish and salad or cold cuts, they could bring their own alcohol with them. But today something went wrong, unfortunately. We booked a table for four yesterday, i.e. on Friday, we clarified once again that we could bring our own alcohol when ordering hot dishes, we were told: yes, that’s right. An advance was paid. And today, on Saturday, they call back and present the fact that the order for each person must be at least 2500 rubles, only under this condition it will be possible to bring alcohol with you. When asked why they didn’t tell us about this yesterday, the girl told us that she forgot to warn us about it because... new girl And another reason for such a sharp “change of shoes” was that today there will be live music. As a result, there was no live music, we ate, drank a glass of beer, and the mood was ruined. To our question, where is the live music and why did they do this to us, the man rudely answered: what do you think, you should play for free, our rent was doubled (which, in principle, cannot be, the rent can be raised once a year and only within the limits of inflation), and here you each ordered thousands of rubles (although each of us had an order of at least 1,300 rubles) and you want something else. This man spoke very rudely and repulsively. I don’t think it was the owner of the establishment, they don’t communicate with guests so rudely, it’s not easy to gain regular and grateful visitors, but you can lose them in no time, through rudeness and unprofessionalism.
