From Shinjo, drive along the Mogami River to Sakata. Lunch was Tsuki-style ramen at Sakata. Mr. Mangetsu's wonton noodles (small) + rich. As it was lunchtime on the first day of a three-day holiday, it was almost full, making it a popular restaurant. The drinkable soup and ultra-thin wontons were delicious.
