We were extremely disappointed with our experience at Mangoo. Due to heavy snowfall and treacherous road conditions, we arrived 10 minutes late for our reservation. Instead of understanding the situation, we were curtly turned away without any offer of accommodation or an alternative. Given the weather and traffic challenges, a bit of flexibility and kindness would have gone a long way. We had been looking forward to dining here, but this lack of customer service left us frustrated and cold—literally and figuratively. I hope the management reconsiders how they handle similar situations in the future, as rigid policies and poor empathy are not the ingredients for lasting customer loyalty. Service: 1
