We decided to experience the all-you-can-eat menu with 2 people in total. In 3,5 hours we managed to order 5 rounds à 2 items per person. It took ridiculously long and when the food arrived it was neither really hot nor was it complete. Out of 5 times the order was complete only twice and bringing the forgotten items took another 20min on top of the time we already had to wait. It was really upsetting and disappointing for especially the price they are asking for the all-you-can-eat menu (€25 pp). When we wanted to speak to the boss to tell him that we are not really satisfied with the service being provided to us, the waiter told us he does not have time atm since he is busy with the barbecue. We waited another 20min until he finally "found time" to come to our table and when we then told him, that we really were not happy with the service, he just took the tablet with which you have to order, turned around and disappeared. He never came back and we had to pay with one of the employees. We are absolutely disappointed and definitely will not come back - not a nice service whatsoever. Really not a restaurant to recommend...
