Charming cafe in Merida. Their specialty coffee wasn't my favorite, but I loved the smooth cold brew. Great seating outside and inside. Staff was friendly. Worth a visit! A lovely cafe in Merida. I recently visited Manifesto Barra Cold Brew, and although it was a short stay I really liked the place and the friendliness of the staff. They have a very large garden/terrace with tables and some electrical outlets which makes it very convenient if you need to stay connected. I ordered a frappuccino, very good and with a good dose of coffee, which is appreciated in those types of drinks that sometimes in some places the coffee is not enough. Prices in the average range, pleasant atmosphere and above all good coffee. I'll have to try the food again. The only observation is that, especially on the terrace, which is suitable for working or chatting, the music was a little loud. Other than that it is a very good place with a central location.
