Sempere truly delivers on espresso-based coffee! In a country with a rich coffee culture, we have been surprised by how difficult it has been to find good espresso-based coffee such as cappuchino and flat white. Mostly we have been served “cappuchinos” in tall glasses with enormous amounts of milk and maybe a slight hint of coffee. At Sempere, the flat white is served in a small ceramic cup and the flavour and balance of espresso and milk is perfect. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
