It's been a sunny morning in Okayama City today, so let's have lunch at "Manis Manis" in Minami Ward! It used to be the location of the Okayama Prefectural Driver's License Center, and the vast grounds are now a quiet residential area. As of the end of May 2020, the cafe is not open for normal business, and is only selling takeout lunch boxes and baked goods and cakes. I ordered a large bento box (700 yen), it has a nice weight to it, and the contents are well-balanced! . We added Kumquat cream cheese muffin (250 yen) to the dessert after the meal, and to commemorate the 15th anniversary, we also served Kumquat sesame tart ^^ The main dish is stir-fried pork with ketchup. Pork and various vegetables are stir-fried with tomato sauce sauce. The rich flavor goes well with the grain rice! . The sub-fried chicken is served with a rich dipping sauce, and the flavor of the chicken is strong. It was a well-balanced lunch box that also came with potato salad, and it was delicious until the end (*^^*) After the meal, we relaxed for a while while enjoying muffins and tarts. ．． ．． Non-sweet baked goods that make use of kumquat ingredients go well with coffee.
