You what whey say some of the best local places are little hole in the wall places that only a few locals know about. That is my job! And this is one of those places, very authentic and great. Eat it the way they do, using the injera as your eating utensils and licking your fingers when you're done. UPDATE:12/20/19Celebrated a birthday here. The owner/chef was very nice and made us a special entree! The food was great: spice was right on, injera was delicious!Thank you once again, Mannaweenta Restaurant!My meal here was very good. I asked for my two entrees to be extra spicy, and they weren't, but I will assume the owner/chef was being cautious. The next time I eat here, I will assure her that for me, "hot" is HOT. The kitfo was not as rare/raw as I like it, but again, I think the owner/chef was being cautious.The injera was dry and not as sour as it should be, but hey, Eritrean food is really rare to find round here!Good Luck Mannaweenta!
