I’m not normally the one to write reviews like this but I was hoping to go here tonight at 11.25 and they are shut, why list opening hours different if this isn’t the case? I’ve had their food before and it was good but listing wrong opening hours makes no sense Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have used this restaurant a lot and always go out of my way to order direct from them instead of Just Eat, so that all the money goes to them. The food is usually very good. However last time we rang to say they made a mistake and the guy initially told us we had to bring the food back ourselves(!). When we said we weren't going back out in the rain, the guy said he would "try" to send the delivery driver out with the correct item, but we had to give them back the bag of chips they had mistakenly given us! In many years of ordering takeaways I have never had a business expect this from a customer. So it's very disappointing because I love the food, but the customer service is abysmal at Manning Inn. Incidentally a similar mistake happened at Andersonstown Pizza Guys not long ago - they sent chips instead of the side we had ordered. They immediately apologised and sent the correct item.
