I had a pleasant and peaceful stay at this location. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the room service was excellent. One of the highlights was the massage, which was definitely worth it. Special mention to Ashly, the masseuse, who provided exceptional service and made the experience even better with her friendly and professional attitude. However, the food wasn't quite to my taste. While it was of good quality, it might not be to everyone's liking. The biggest downside of my stay was the reception service—unfortunately, the staff there were unwelcoming and displayed an unprofessional attitude, which left a negative impression. On the positive side, the pool and leisure center were great, adding to the overall relaxing experience. Despite some issues, it was a good stay overall. Service: 1

Unfortunately, our stay here wasn't great and we would not return again. We stayed here the night before our wedding, and the night of our wedding. We picked a room with garden access so the room could be used by wedding guests helping one of the brides getting ready in the morning. Unfortunately, there was a fault with the room where the lights repeatedly turned on when switched off, leading to us needing to change room after midnight the night before the big day. It was sorted out relatively quickly, but was very inconvenient and also meant we no longer had access to the garden. It also meant we'd be in a twin bed for our wedding night. The thing that actually upset us the most was that noone seemed to care that it was such as important occasion for us, and that was why it was so inconvenient. We actually had to ask for the price different between the rooms as well, as they had no interest in offering any kind of refund. They did refund us £30, but to be honest it isn't nearly enough for ruining our wedding eve and wedding night. If you expect any basic amenities such as a fridge or air conditioning, also do not stay in this hotel. The hotel is very stingy, literally having everything nailed down, you're not even allowed to take the water out of the room. I've never stayed in a hotel like it to be honest. And wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The one good point was that the breakfast staff were friendly. The breakfast food itself was good but the coffee wasn't great. Service: 2

Lovely and authentic atmosphere, I did the Blissful package which was use of spa facilities & lunch as a birthday gift. Happily spent majority of the day there. The steam & sauna room were perfectly set. Lunch was really nice however the jacket potato skin was a little over cooked but not a big deal. Absolutely look forward to returning soon. Service: 5
