What a shame: the ice creams are very good but the person who served us did not have an easy smile and was not friendly at all. We quickly understood why there was a line at Venezia and not at Manu Gelato

I highly DO NOT recommend it. The staff is so rude and unprofessional and the ice cream tastes terribly bad and looks extremely messy
