Report incorrect information
Staff have always been lovely and just a good experience right up until today .
I have no problem with waiting when people are busy but to wait for what seemed to be 10 min with only 1 of the 4 girls behind the counter actually serving wasn’t great .
Yes maybe they were replacing the display case trays but to not even look up and acknowledge that I was even there and maybe say ‘ sorry for the wait …. Will serve you soon “ instead I was ignored .
Finally I spoke up and asked if one of them could serve me . I apologised for asking but explained I had an appointment .
I asked if they could please but some mayo on my ham roll , to be told “no we do not personally dispense mayo “.
That was something that the previous girls always were happy to do .
What a shame the service doesn’t match the amazing food .
