If you like the Mexican cuisine, you should visit this steakhouse. Invite your colleagues with you to enjoy nicely cooked baked salmon, garlic shrimps and beef fajitas. According to some reviews, flans is tasty at Manuel's Steakhouse & Bar. Get your meal started with good margaritas, martinis or beer. Delicious lime juice or great coffee are among the most often ordered drinks at this place.

If you’re rolling through Del Rio and don’t stop at Manuel’s, you’re flat-out doing it wrong. I just had the best ribeye tacos I’ve ever put in my mouth, and that’s saying something coming from a Texas boy who’s eaten tacos all over this state. The ribeye was cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, full of flavor, and piled into warm tortillas that held together all the goodness without getting in the way. Every bite tasted like somebody in that kitchen genuinely cares about what they’re serving. And let’s talk about that michelada. Lord have mercy. Ice cold, loaded with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and exactly what a michelada is supposed to be on a hot South Texas day. I’ve had micheladas from San Antonio to the Valley, and this one is right up there with the best of them. What I love about Manuel’s is that it doesn’t feel like some chain restaurant trying to imitate border food. This is the real deal. The kind of place where the food comes out hot, the portions are generous, and you leave wondering why you don’t live closer. Del Rio has a lot of good food, but Manuel’s just raised the bar for me. Great people, great atmosphere, incredible food, and a michelada that’ll have you ordering a second one before you’re halfway through the first. Five stars. No notes. I’ll be thinking about those ribeye tacos all the way back home. “Those ribeye tacos were so good I almost ordered another plate before I finished the first one.
