Maple restaurant was recommended to me by a Japanese friend. We visited three people and were recommended to try the trout from the lake just outside the restaurant. We tried the grilled version, the smoked version and the menuere version. They were all extremely delicious and very fresh as would be expected. The coffee was not the best but the tea was extremely good as well. The view out the window is stunning.
