Yeah. Food was horrible. The meat has sat in the fridge for at least 2 days. You can look at the color of the meat which was dark, and when you bite into it is not fresh. The seafood pancake was not fully cooked. You still taste the pancake paste, and the shrimp in the seafood pancake was not cooked all the way throught. You can take a look at the grill inside, which has not been properly clean and maintained. This is why it takes such a long time to grill the meat. We asked for a manager to address our concerns. But they said they didn't have a manager on hand and had to wait 15 minutes. What kind of customer service is this. We spent about 2700 on the meal and I should call the police because I feel like I was robbed. I can see why this restaurant had spent so much money on marketing on Facebook and Instagram. If they cared about the quality of food they give to their customers their business wouldn't be this bad. For now, I would save your money and go somewhere else. Such a disappointment, I feel like you can get sick from eating here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dined there tonight for a table of 6 with reservations. The Bonchon and apps came out fairly quickly but the two sets of meats took really long to cook. We waited longer than 90 minutes and we didn’t get to finish all of our meats because we had somewhere else to be. I wouldn’t come here again because of the long cook time. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Great place to go in the Xinyi District for some delicious, high-quality Korean BBQ. We ordered the set menu with two types of meat and were completely stuffed by the end of the meal. All of the side dishes have free refills so go to town. The waiters are extremely attentive and will help you out with everything, even down to cooking the meat and how to eat it for the best experience. The tofu soup was extremely flavorful and not too spicy. The only downside was that the egg tasted burnt but for some reason didn’t look it. I figured it was an isolated incident so I didn’t pay much attention it. Besides that, the meal was amazing.

Even though Honey Pig and Meat Love are just around the corner, I would have to recommend Maple Tree House over those two from now on.
