Very disappointed, nothing was good about the food, service or atmosphere. We received complimentary drinks on arrival and that was the first and last bit of customer service we received. 20 minutes later the blonde bus boy asks if we ordered drinks we hadn’t even gotten water yet. A girl walks over takes our water glasses then brings a water bottle to pour into the same glasses ? We ordered oysters and they forgot half of it. They then gave away our food to the table next to us that ordered after us. At this point a female manager came to tell us “they’re out of what we ordered” the item they suggested was both cheesy, slimey and inedible. My medium steak was well done the scallops were good but small… not able to salvage the meal. Hoping to salvage the meal I asked for a caviar bump they said they were cleaning in the kitchen so I couldn’t order it… ok. We asked for the check… They forgot us again and closed out 3 different tables before us. The experience was so awful I removed the Chicago maple & ash location from my travel itinerary. We are visiting from Europe and just popped in to Maple & Ash for a quick drink. We are happy we did! The Hot and Dirty was an exquisite drink! Super fun. And we followed it up with some caviar stuffed olives. The bartender was very nice and that added to our enjoyment. We are off to Chicago and Miami next and we will make it a point to stop in at both locations. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in
