Disgusting service! Completely spoiled. I walked in, there were two visitors in the hall, that is, no one...at the checkout, the girl was busy with her own business. And she clearly sees me))))..signing some packages, constantly looking at the phone..and zero emotions. Another woman comes out of the kitchen, as I understand it, who is supposed to be frying pancakes. And he loudly announces to the cashier that the wait for pancakes is 20 minutes. Moreover, the stoves are already smoking, but for some reason all the cooks in the closed kitchen are apparently cooking. The cashier continues to ignore me...unable to bear it I ask: will you accept my order this evening? (Lunch time). It seems to me that she didn’t understand until recently what I wanted from her But as it turned out, they had deliveries and all the attention of the kitchen and cashier was on deliveries. Question: what about us, visitors to this establishment? It doesn't matter to them. And so they had no more visitors (and in the old days there was nowhere to sit in Marya Ivanovna), and then there was such service!!! The management of this establishment is it really so bad that when you take it out, you sell the packaging for the price of pancakes, if you took five pancakes, you are ready to pay the same amount for packaging them, aren’t you fat?
