食完食物中毒，餐廳完全唔理。 2月15日喺Mara食咗chicken skewers, octopus juicy rice, tiramisu 。喺餐廳已經有啲搞肚痛，隔咗一個鐘肚痾。本來以為痾完無事，點知夜晚開始嘔，嘔咗啲橙橙黃黃嘅嘔吐物，仲嘔過粉紅色，喺堆嘔吐物清楚見到八爪魚同飯粒仲有發埋燒。睇完醫生話食物中毒，我成個新年就係攬住個廁所過，無一晚瞓得好，發燒、頭痛、肚痾咁樣loop。 我有少少精神都反映返畀餐廳知，點知佢哋睇完WhatsApp同booking record個feedback都無覆。我當佢哋新年無睇，點知到佢哋營業返都係唔覆，要我催問先覆返我一段官腔又AI嘅reply，當中完全感受唔到誠意，仲話單一事件唔覆。我真係未見過一間咁黑心、咁無良嘅餐廳，以為自己係邊個高官？喺到扮大牌？ 大家小心呢間食到人食物中毒嘅黑心餐廳，請blacklist！！！食死人呀！！ I had dinner at Mara on February 15 and ordered the chicken skewers, octopus juicy rice, and tiramisu. I already started feeling stomach pains while still at the restaurant, and about an hour later, I had diarrhea. I thought it would stop there, but later that night I began vomiting — first orange-yellow vomit, then pink — with visible pieces of octopus and rice . I also developed a fever. The doctor later confirmed it was food poisoning. I basically spent my entire Lunar New Year hugging the toilet, not sleeping for several nights. Even though I still wasn’t feeling well, I tried to inform the restaurant. They read my WhatsApp messages and saw my feedback through the booking record but never replied. I assumed maybe they were closed for the holidays, but when they reopened, they still didn’t respond until I followed up and pushed them — only to get a generic, insincere, AI-like response. The message claimed this was an “isolated case” and they wouldn’t be following up further. Honestly, I’ve never encountered such a cold‑hearted and irresponsible restaurant. Who do they think they are — acting like some big‑shot franchise? Please be careful with this place. I strongly suggest everyone blacklist Mara — a restaurant that causes food poisoning and still refuses to take any responsibility.
