This was the condition of the cake at pickup, the response was "it is probably just from when they were decorating the cake" Additionally, I had particularly specified that cake should have no M&Ms, another brilliant response at pickup "oh well they are inside" a big duh moment. To sum it up it seems there is no quality control, no one even checks before they have the cake ready for customer pickup. The hiring is a proven big mess, just the sheer lack of common sense, following simple instructions and no ofcourse no professionalism at all. Atleast train your staff the basics. We do enjoy the ice cream flavors here so decided to give cake a try and what a flop it was for us. Good luck with your cake orde

Hi Charo, apologies for the mixup with your cake. Our decorator spoke with you on the phone to clarify since the cake you ordered comes with M & Ms inside and out. She must have misunderstood what you wanted, which is why my staff offered you a refund.
