We recently discovered this Chinese restaurant, and it’s truly a hidden gem! The cozy atmosphere, thoughtful design, and welcoming staff/owner/chef? made for a great dining experience. They let us know the food would take a little longer because everything is made fresh, and they even have board games to enjoy while you wait. The food was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. We loved the Seafood Curry Rice—creamy and flavorful without being overpowering. The Sweet and Sour Pork had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors, and the Stir-Fried Beef Noodles were soft and tasted freshly made. Overall, excellent food, great service, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’d absolutely recommend March if you’re looking for thoughtful, comforting Cantonese food with a cozy atmosphere. The braised pork belly was the standout for us- incredibly tender, rich without being too heavy, and packed with deep savoury flavour. You can tell a lot of care goes into the cooking. The Chinese cabbage soup was equally memorable: simple, delicate, and super comforting, with a clean homemade taste that balanced the richness of the pork belly perfectly. The whole experience felt warm and unhurried, from the quirky cozy decor to the genuinely welcoming service. It’s the kind of place where you want to linger over dinner rather than rush through it. Definitely one of the more unique and memorable meals we had in Victoria. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
