Visitors don't highly appreciate Pepperoni at this restaurant. The staff is said to be cool here. Service at Marco's Pizza is something one can call good. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Worst place to order online 4 times I have ordered food with no cheese due to a food allergy. 3 of the 4 it has been delivered with cheese. When I called to explain the wrongness of the order the reply was yeah most people select no cheese in error so we make it with cheese so they aren’t made.so you messed up my dinner and created a meal that could send me the hospital. Best part I paid for this mix up and the store made zero attempts at making it right. Food: 1 Service: 1

I am writing this review to commend the excellent customer service I received from the GM, Jason, of the Lecanto Marco's Pizza. Without going into too much detail, there was a big problem with the delivery; not because of the Marco's driver but because this particular driver was from Door Dash, who are sometimes utilized when there is an overabundance of deliveries. Jason, the manager, went above and beyond to remedy this situation and make things right, even though it was not his fault or that of his staff. Bottom line: this gentleman made me feel like a valued customer and was genuinely concerned that I had a problem. If every retail business had a store manager of this caliber, then customers and employees alike would be so much better off. Thank-you, Jason! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
