Had a pizza cheese sticks and salad order yes I used doordash and was informed they couldn't do anything for the wrong dressings sent and I paid for extra actually paid for several extra dressings and sauces and didn't receive any of them along with my salad paid for extra cheese and to add spinach and of course they didn't I got so frustrated with the kid on the phone I just hung up!it doesn't matter if I used doordash yall made the food and YALL FAWKKKKKED IT UP PERIOD NOT DOORDASH!BROOKLYN BOYS IS BETTER ANYWAY! Tyler, whom I believe is the store manager, is an absolute asset to the Mooresville Marco's Pizza franchise. He went to great lengths to make sure we were taken care of and happy. We had an issue with our delivery and Tyler took the time out of his busy day to go back and forth with us and tech support, to make sure our concern was taken care of. To whom ever own this franchise, take good care of Tyler because he is taking good care of your franchise and your customers. Thanks again, Tyler.
