Marcov cafe is placed beside a building that used to be a prison and designed by a famous (I think) Russian architect . The site was changed into public garden, Ghasr Museum Garden about 8 years ago. Marcov Cafe has very beautiful view and inside and outside place for sitting. I suggest outside seats. there are some cute cats and if you do not like them, they are not allowed to come inside cafe. Marcov cafe is a bit far from the other parts of Ghasr Museum Garden so you could enjoy from a relaxing and silent atmosphere. the quality of coffee they serve is not the best but it's OK. The crew are very kind and polite.
