This was the worst experience I have ever had, and the app is seriously inadequate. If the application cannot handle orders properly, it should not be offering the service at all. I placed an order and paid 18 SAR for delivery. After waiting more than an hour, the order never arrived, and there was no customer service available to help. When I called the branch directly, I was told that my order was ready but that they had no delivery service to send it out. So who is responsible for the 18 SAR I paid for delivery, and for the delay? On top of that, I was forced to pay an additional 28 SAR through a separate delivery app just to have someone pick up the order. And to make matters worse, when it finally arrived, it was missing 3 sandwiches. This was the worst experience and the worst restaurant I have dealt with — no customer service, and no one willing to take responsibility. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
