My dining experience at Mares was simply outstanding, thanks in large part to Gaston, our server. His attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and genuine warmth elevated the evening. The food was exquisite, showcasing the best of Peruvian cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially with Gaston's exceptional service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was fantastic ! Ordered the mares sampler and was able to try a couple of different items of the menu. The ceviche amazing!! But have to say, the service was outstanding! Thank you Gaston. Had an amazing dinner at Mares in Winter Park. The food was spectacular, very flavorful, beautiful presentation. Our waitress Nicole was wonderful, very attentive, and welcoming. It was one of the best meals we’ve had while visiting the area. Highly recommended. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
