We were visiting Reno for a conference. We sought out a great place for Cinco de Mayo. We stood in line for about 20 minutes to wait to be seated. The location was packed with a great celebration taking place and we found out that it was the anniversary of the owner being recognized as a valuable member of the community after his passing. Unfortunately, we waited about 30 minutes to get water and an additional hour and a half for food. When we noticed our food was on the servers line we asked a few different wait staff if they would check to see if it was our food we were dismissed. After approximately 10 minutes we saw our waiter and asked her to check and she was too busy so we told her that we were leaving. I have no doubt that they have amazing food since it was packed but they were severely understaffed for a night celebrating Cinco de Mayo on Taco Tuesday and also their anniversary honoring their special owner. We appreciated the vibe, music, dancing, etc but disappointed in the situation of not having appropriate staffing. I hope they'll understand that we are leaving this feedback so they can improve going forward. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

LA COMIDA MUY RICO Y AUTHENTICO! great food and Very family oriented. Love the layout and design as well as the artwork. Great dishes, great pico de gallo. Prices are great as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We used to love this place . The menu changed and the food blows arse now . They used to have bohemia on draft when it was very good now just run of the mill Modelo . They took off the molcajete a great dish like I said the lies that will come as a reply are bs. Either somebody divoreved or quit whatever the case maybe for the prices they suck now . You are better off down the street at Los tres amigos and the prices are the same. We took a friend to Mari Chuy from out of town and we were embarrassed the family owned idea has gone down the tubes. The daughter is friendly but not trained for serving definately some improvement in front of the house as well. So when you.see a dead restaurant you'll know why . Why change something that was working is beyond me. Never going back to that spot . Slop for top dollar . Get a new chef and change your menu FFS!!
