After reading various reviews I was a bit dubious but I thought not everyone's tastes and expectations are not the same. I had the steak, rice, and fries, everything was cooked perfectly. The staff and service was excellent and price was amazing, considering it's a hotel restaurant. Thank you to the staff and chef 5

There's a real gap between the hotel and its restaurant. Everything about the property says 4-star, but the food doesn't hold up — it's closer to what you'd get from a home cook on an off night than a professional kitchen. Service was friendly but the training wasn't there: we were reassured about our wine order twice, and still got the wrong bottle both times. Management has clearly invested in the rest of the property. The restaurant just isn't held to that same bar, and it shows. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I had dinner at Restaurant Maria Canela in the Ibis Hotel, Lisbon. I ordered the picanha, which was served with black beans, rice, and fries. The food was decent—not great, but not bad either. Service was just average, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. On a positive note, the dessert was enjoyable, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant. Prices were fair overall. If you’re staying at the hotel, this place can be a convenient option. However, if you’re looking for a more memorable dining experience, I would recommend exploring some of the nearby restaurants instead.
